NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-005924, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC ,is the Plaintiff MARK A. GREGORSKI; ANDREA H. GREGORSKI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITYVIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 31st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1703, IN BUILDING NO. 17, OF CITY VIEW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17907 AT PAGE 344, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
