The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 15 AND THE SOUTH 14 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK K-4, OF TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
