NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010362, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and KETTLY D. JEAN; EDRICE JEAN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A SAMANTHA JEAN, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 36, BONITA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 71 AND THE WEST ½ OF ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 72.50 FEET THEREOF.
