Trust 2006-he8, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates,series 2006-he8, is the Plaintiff and Luisa F. Alvarado, John Doe F/K/A Ken Parker, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., North Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
