NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-20506 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CM REO Trust, is the Plaintiff and Rocio Blanco, as trustee of the 4505 Fern Land Trust U/T/A 09/18/08, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Master Financial, Inc., Nancy Rodriguez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria Kicie, Unknown Beneficiaries of the 4505 Fern Land Trust U/T/A 09/18/08 & Any and All Unknown Parties, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
