NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000064 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Orin F. Pearson IV, Hillsborough County Clerk, Crystal Pearson, Jennifer Joanne Pearson, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, TIC Palm Coast, Inc., d/b/a Time Investment Company, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Todd Tedesco, Tenant #2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
