NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-010731 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Constantine Argyriou, Carrollwood Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc, Hillsborough County, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
