ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA V. ALLEN; CACH, LLC; FIA CARD SERVICES NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

LOTS 249 AND 250, REVISED PLAT OF OAK TERRACE; TOGETHER WITH THE S ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREOF AS VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 7531-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 1604 East Waters Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
