NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-032451 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and JOHN A HUFF III, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A HUFF III, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on July 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
