NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-000841 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS10, is the Plaintiff and Patricia Meyer, Paul R. Meyer, Carrollwood Springs Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1, Tenant #2, The Unknown Spouse of Patricia Meyer, The Unknown Spouse of Paul R. Meyer, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
