NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-007110 DIV M of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MALCOLM LLEWELLYN THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF THE DEFENDANTS, MALCOLM LLEWELLYN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 8th day of August, 2013, the following described property:
FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN N. 89 DEGREES 56`19” E., (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SAID SECTION 21, 430.0 FEET; THENCE N. 0 DEGREES 18`23” E., 23.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING CONTINUE THENCE N. 0 DEGREES 18`23” E., 146.0 FEET; THENCE N. 89 DEGREES 56`19” E., 144.0 FEET, THENCE S. 04 DEGREES 00`15” 146.34 FEET; THENCE S. 89 DEGREES 56`19” W., 155.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
