NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 16, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 07-CA-003955 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and AL TEIXEIRA A/K/A ALLEN TEIXEIRA A/K/A ALDONIO G. TEIXEIRA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF TINA M. SCURRY A/K/A TINA M. SCURRY-TEIXEIRA, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TINA M. SCURRY A/K/A TINA M. SCURRY-TEIXEIRA, DECEASED; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, CYPRESS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
