BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. ADESI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY A. ADESI; JENNIFER D. ADESI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER D. ADESI, IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants.
