NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 28, 2013, both entered in Case No. 2008-CA-021652, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. ADESI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY A. ADESI; JENNIFER D. ADESI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER D. ADESI, IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
