As Successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. As Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Alan Jones, as Trustee of the Acevedo Family Trust dated the 3rd day of August 2004, Hillsborough County, State of Florida, Alejandro Acevedo, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Southstar Funding, LLC, Adrianne M. Smith, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Angela M. Stebbins, Tenant #1 NKA Tasheka Boone , The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Acevedo Family Trust dated the 3rd day of August 2004, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
