NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-010436 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Joseph C. Hurst, American Dream Construction, LLC, North Bay Village Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Kennith Davis, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Retha Mackeroy, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 9B-1 AND GARAGE PARCEL 9-5, OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3595, PAGE 385, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID.
