NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-011720 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ayche A. Jaber, Zaki A. Jaber, Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club Community Association, Inc., Jane Doe N/K/A Elisa Merriwether, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7, HERITAGE ISLES, PHASE 3E, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
