NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003415 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and LARAMIE HOLDING, INC., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE TIMOTHY J. HARRELLL FAMILY LAND TRUST #228; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TIMOTHY J. HARRELL FAMILY LAND TRUST #228; RIYAD A. KHLEIF A/K/A ROD KHLEIF; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A SYLVIA SUTTER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARTIN SUTTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
