NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-007553 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 26th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1208, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084 PAGE 873 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142 PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
