NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-004378 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as trustee for the certificateholders, CWABS, INC, Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2007-10, Plaintiff and Darrin Michael Foss a/k/a Darrin M. Foss a/k/a Darrin Foss are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 87 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 22, OF MAGNOLIA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
