NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012732 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Pelican Port Homeowners Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, PELICAN PORT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF USE OF DOCK NO. 4, PURSUANT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS OF PELICAN PORT, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8649, PAGE 749, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
