NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-015733 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE6, Plaintiff and Alberto Lazaro Barrios, Sr. a/k/a Alberto Lazaro Barrios a/k/a Albert Barrios are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 205, MADEIRA NORTE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 87 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4531, PAGE 840 ET SEQ.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
