NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-010240 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., as Successor by Merger to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Melissa J. Kelley, Surviving Spouse of Stephen R. Kelley, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK C, BAY WOODS-UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
