NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-012344-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH LEONE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

That certain Condominium Unit composed of Unit Number 6 and the undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, restrictions, reservations, limitations, conditions, liens, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in O.R. Book 5012, Pages 1951 through 2012, inclusive, amended in O.R Book 10306, Page 2545; O.R. Book 10391, Page 2028; O.R. Book 10555, Page 599; O.R. Book 11053, Page 328; O.R. Book 11816, Page 2559; O.R. Book 12846, Page 2144 and O.R. Book 14096, Page 1497, and any amendments thereto, and as shown of Plat, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 53 through 57, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
