NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in 12-006037-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA2, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and ROY PRICE A/K/A ROY D. PRICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY PRICE A/K/A ROY D. PRICE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, LESS THE PART DEEDED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4036, PAGE 307, AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 1, D.C. WHITE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
