NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in 12-006091-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-D, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-D, is the Plaintiff and BARRY SYMINGTON A/K/A BARRY A. SYMINGTON; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY SYMINGTON A/K/A BARRY A. SYMINGTON N/K/A CHARLENE RIFFLE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, NOB HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
