NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in 09022698CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY BRANCH; LAFAYETTE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; GARY L FORD, OWNER ON BEHALF OF G.L. TRACTOR SERVICE; JANE DOE N/K/A KATHERINE POTTER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNITS 224 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISION OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAFAYETTE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5254, PAGE 550 AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6407, PAGE 337 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 59 AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
