NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in 12-003919-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2, is the Plaintiff and JOHN GUASTELLA II A/K/A JOHN GUASTELLA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 43, GANDY HIGHWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 ON PAGE 6 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
