NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-002669-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Kenneth Roy Guyatt, Jr., are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
