NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10010703CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for PHH 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Michael E. Goldberg, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Roxanne Goldberg , are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 54 OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
