YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit Number 26-B, CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3897, Pages 64-111, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 1-6, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2207 Belleair Road, #B26, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before August 12, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
