BOOK 5272, PAGES 499 THROUGH 587, INCLUSIVE, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 57 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
and commonly known as: 1704 LENNOX RD E, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
