LOT 8, TWENTY-SEVENTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before August 12, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
