NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-002662-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT A. CONDY; EVA C. GAMARAS; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVA C GAMARAS; ISLAND CLUB OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, UNIT 6, BUILDING C, PHASE 1, ISLAND CLUB OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5768, PAGE 955, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
