NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 19, 2013, and entered in 12-011273-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and BRYAN K. BRONSON A/K/A BRYAN KEITH BRONSON; KATHARINE BRONSON A/K/A KATHARINE M. BRONSON A/K/A KATHERINE M. BRONSON A/K/A KATHERINE MARGARET BRONSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHARINE BRONSON A/K/A KATHARINE M. BRONSON A/K/A KATHERINE M BRONSON A/K/A KATHERINE MARGARET BRONSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 10, CUMBERLAND PARK 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
