Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2005-841-CI-7, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2004, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff, and SANDER RENEE MYLESSANDER MYLES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 91, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “C”, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
