NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522011CA007363XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Harvey R. Johnson, deceased his/her respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris and Caya Costa Community Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
