NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA008792 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REPUBLIC BANK is the Plaintiff and , JOHN D. LANIER; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. LANIER; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A COLETTE SMITH; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31. BLOCK 2, VILLAGE GREEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 61 AND 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
