Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated June 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-07206 CO 041, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and FRANK A. CARUSO, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 903, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subect to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5204, at Page 1537, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 87-93, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 58, at Page 32, and Condominium Plat Book 60, Pages 99-107, inclusive, together with such amendments and additions thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
