NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-001747-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and KIM NGUYEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1214 OF THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED 08/01/2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGE 2117 THROUGH 2280, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUCH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
