NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 21, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated September 28, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 522009CA012504XXCICI, DIVISION: 008, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and DAVID A. MYERS A/K/A DAVID A. MYERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. MYERS A/K/A DAVID A. MYERS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC/; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOES AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 30th day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, CUMBERLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
