NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2013 and entered in case of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein ROBERT MITTEREGGER is the Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 16, Block 20, Inter-Bay Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 58, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 4462 3rd Avenue, N., St. Petersburg, FL 33713.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
