NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 24th day of July 2013, at 10am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 15, BUILDING 5503, HERITAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12622, PAGE 1763, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13520, PAGE 1487, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 23 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
