NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 6, Block 13, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK, PHASE I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Pages 81 through 84, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2534 Bentley Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 16, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
