Morrin v. James Beucler, et al. to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 5, SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM UNIT IV, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2952, Page 723, as amended from time to time, and plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 44 and 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Gary A. Carnal, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 6528 Central Avenue, Suite B, Saint Petersburg, FL33707, within 30 days of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this court, either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
