Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-6753-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT 31, BLOCK 1, TARPON TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 50, 51 AND 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 16, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
