Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-024211, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-11CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11CB is the Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO J. DUQUE A/K/A FRANCISCO DUQUE, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 227 OF EAGLE CREEK PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 137 THROUGH 153, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
