NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003682-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Banc of America Funding Corporation 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and Linda R. Santana; Unknown Spouse of Linda R. Santana; Nick A. Chanminaraj a/k/a N. A. Chanminaraj; Unknown Spouse of Nick A. Chanminaraj a/k/a N. A. Chanminaraj; Village Grove of Winter Garden Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, VILLAGE GROVE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 15 AND 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
