Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 06/28/2013 in the abovestyled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT A1, LAKE OLYMPIC TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE A, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FEBRUARY 6, 1990, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4154, PAGE 4445, PUBLIC RECORDS AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M., on August 1, 2013.
