CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. CO1-1, BUILDING 2, WINDHOVER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2435, PAGE 581 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 70, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M., on August 15, 2013.
