NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011483-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Harold Deen; Unknown Spouse of Harold Deen; Amanda M Deen; Unknown Spouse of Amanda M. Deed; Fassett, Anthony & Taylor, P.A.; CACH, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK G, OF RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, AT PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
